HybIt Hybridization Solution

Description

This hybridization buffer is a solution that has been optimized to improve the hybridization reactions by increasing signal intensities while reducing background noises in reactions with cDNAs and long oligonucleotides. This hybridization solution is a mixture of salts, detergents, accelerants, and stabilizing agents.

The hybridization buffer HybIt increases the efficiency and specificity of microarray hybridization reactions by expediting base pair formation between complementary target sequences attached to the microarray surface and labeled probe molecules in solution.

1- Labelling and Purifying the hybrization probe using a suitable purification method.
2- Resuspend the probe in 1.0 µl of pure H20 and add 4.0 µl of Hybridization Solution.
3- Hybridize the probe to the microarray. The hybridization reaction must be done at 65°C.
4- Wash away the unbound probe.(Wash Buffers recommended).
5- San the slides and quantify the hybridization results

HybIt2 Hybridization Solution

Description

This hybridization buffer is a solution that an advanced formamide mixture that improves microarray hybridization reactions by increasing signal intensities and reducing background in reactions with cDNAs and long oligonucleotides.
The formamide mixture allows to reduce hybridization temperature too.

The hybridization buffer HybIt2 increases the efficiency and specificity of microarray hybridization reactions by expediting base pair formation between complementary target sequences attached to the microarray surface and labeled probe molecules in solution.
